This reduces the stress of your home renovation project and ensures there are as few complications as possible. Our experienced project manager oversees the whole process to ensure contractors cooperate effectively where necessary to achieve your design goals and build your dream space.
We handle Planning and Building work, including extensions
A vital part of any renovation project is doing the proper planning if you're doing any building works (including extensions!) - to ensure what you do is safe, compliant, and ultimately meets your requirements in the long term. We're here to help with this as we have experience coordinating with planners and building contractors during the design and build stages to ensure that all parties work together in unison.
Large renovation works we've undertaken
We've undertaken many projects that have involved significant home renovation and remodelling, including managing the building of extensions and removing internal walls to create larger kitchen spaces. Below is a selection of some of our most recent work and a brief breakdown of the work we did to make it happen!
Complete remodel and renovation of the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom in Drymen.
The customer in Drymen commissioned this project for a fully renovated Kitchen, Utility, and Bathroom. It involved the removal of a load-bearing wall to create a bigger kitchen dining area. Install new Velux windows, kitchen, utility/boot room and bathroom area. New electrics, plumbing, lighting and radiators were supplied throughout. All kitchen and remodelling work was designed and installed by Kitchens in Colour. All Bathroom works by Azul Plumbing.
Complete Extension build and kitchen fit for a customer in Bishopton.
This job entailed the complete build and fit of an extension to our customer's home. We worked with the customer through the planning phases to ensure a robust technical plan was in place before any work started - and found trusted local contractors to ensure that the work was being undertaken by reputable and reliable tradespeople. The work was performed during an agreed window of time, and we minimised the impact on our client's home and garden space as much as possible to ensure their day-to-day lives were inconvenienced as little as possible as we worked.
